1. General Refund Policy
We believe in the value of ReddWise, but we understand that it might not be the perfect fit for everyone. That's why we offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund within the 3-day window, your account must meet the following criteria:
- Your request is submitted within 3 days of your initial purchase.
- Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service (e.g., using ReddWise for spam, harassment, or illegal activities).
- You have not already received a refund for a previous subscription.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Outside of the 3-day window, refunds are generally not provided. However, we assess claims on a case-by-case basis (e.g., unauthorized charges). If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team immediately.
4. How to Request a Refund
To invoke your 3-day money-back guarantee, simply email us at [email protected] with your account email address. Our team will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing dashboard. Canceling your subscription prevents future rebills, but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your premium features until the end of your billing period.
